Wintour Estates Ltd are a small but ambitious company which own, develops, manages and invests in commercial, residential and leisure projects in rural areas.

The company  is passionate  about engineered  timber, sustainability  is embedded  throughout  our business. 

Wood is nature's  most versatile  building  material  and modern engineering  methods expand possibilities  for its application beyond  traditional  uses.  Our objective  is to  make wood our first  choice  material  for our developments. 

We work in partnership with private and public organisations, continually mindful of the impact of our developments in the rural communities. Our portfolio focuses on areas where the principles of supply and demand are strong.

Management...

The day to day running of all the properties is managed by the estate office. We provide secure and well managed sites in which to run and develop a business, at Wintour Estates Ltd we own and wholly manage our property portfolio and do not appoint third party management companies to run them. This ensures we are on hand to deal with any issues that may arise.

Investment...

With our own equity and long-established banking relationships, we are well placed to capitalise on new opportunities. Our business has been in existence for over 20 years and has flourished through a combination of determination, hard work and astuteness, qualities that continue to this day.

Development...

A passionate commitment to the rural and built environment ensures that the decisions we make should not just be for today or tomorrow but for the generations that follow. We always think about doing things better we work in partnership  to make things happen . The  construction  industry  is accelerating  into one of the most exciting  periods  of transition in modern history.

We own a land bank of approximately 11.4 acres in Worcestershire.

In addition to developing our existing stock, at Wintour Estates Ltd we are actively acquiring further land opportunities, whether for commercial residential or leisure, and with or without planning consent.
