Welcome to The Summit at Yew Tree Hill, Droitwich.
This one-of-a-kind development occupies a hill top site with far reaching views elevated above the surrounding settlement of Droitwich and beyond.
Consideration was given to exploiting the unique setting when commissioning designs for four individual homes.
Wychavon District Council championed the resulting designs for raising the benchmark for Wychavon housing design in the area.
Each of the homes front onto a shared arboretum from where long individual tree lined drives link to each home overlooking the Westerly views.
The large homes are individually designed but share a modern language that ties them together to create an identity unique for the area.
